Our Vacancy-Premium package includes the following:

  • Washing of all flat surfaces including Counter-tops, Tables, Sinks, Exterior Appliances

  • Internal Refrigerator, Oven, and Microwave

  • Washing all baseboards, window frames, sills, and tracks

  • Washing dusting of window frames and sills

  • Indoor window glass (Outdoor if windows fold in)

  • Clean and disinfect all areas of bathrooms

  • Sweep, Mop and/or, Vacuum all floors  

  • Disinfect commonly touched areas
